The passionate traveler from Tiachiv district, known Ukrainian writer Oleksandr Markush his story "Dreamers" begins by the words: "Who will guess or confidently will tell - what of twelve months is the most attractive in Ust' Chorna?" - Really this district both winter, and summer, both spring, and autumn is charming. In it had an opportunity to be convinced the hundreds tourists who have visited this land. The nature as though specially has prepared this place for the improvement. The medicinal-sanatorium complex "Yalynka" is situated at the centre of the Ukrainian Carpathians at the height 530 m above a sea level. Around there are the majestic tops - Ungariaska (1707 m), Tempa (1634 m), Hropa (1494 m). From a mountain Pidpula the dense Gorgany with tops Bratkivska (1788 m) and Chorna Kleva (1719 m) are visible. The environmental woods are mainly coniferous, in summer always there are a lot of flowers, medicinal plants, mushrooms and berries. The local climate has a wholesome effect not only on the plants, but also on the people. Mountains, wood, the rivers Brusturianka and Mokrianka (in Ust' Chorna they form the river Teresva) are very picturesque. The air is here very pure, there are no enterprises, polluting it. For the water procedures the hydrogen sulphide mineral water from a local source is used. Not far from the complex hospital and polyclinic with diagnostic and medical rooms are located. "Jalynka" has the license of the Ministry of Public Health to render the medical services. In the next village Rus'ka Mokra (5 km) there are sources with mineral water, which is capable, on the conclusion of the experts, to remove from the human organism the radionuclids. The medical properties of this water are used at the diseases of the digestive organs.

A five -floor building is erected in 1987, is designed for 106 places. Here are 48 guest rooms, from which:

On the first floor are placed administration, cafe - bar, hire station of the tourist and mountain-skiing equipment, video-hall, tourist room, library, sports - training complex. At the territory of the medicinal - sanatorium complex the services to the visitors conclude restaurant, kolyba-shashlyk-house, sports and children's grounds. "Yalynka" functions the year round. In summer the people, having a rest here, the interesting walks, excursions, marches, bathing in the crystal clear waters of Mokrianka and Brusturianka wait. In winter the visitors are attracted by the mountain-skiing route (700 m long, difference of height 116 m), laid beside the complex. For the additional payment the bus excursions on notable places of the Transcarpathian region are organized.

Journey: from Lviv to the station Solotvino or Tiachevo. According to the done early agreement with medicinal - sanatorium complex, the guests are met by bus, minibus, or car. This kind of the transport drives the tourist to the place of the rest.
