The medicinal-sanitary complex is situated in the picturesque valley of the Turitsa river at the food of the mountain ridge of the Rivna polonyna.

Guests are accomodated in a four-floor sleeping building, where there are 32 rooms (90 places):

Services for tourists include, - a dining-room, cafe-bar, coliba - shashlik-house, station for rental of sport and mountain-skiing equipment, volley-ball pitch, tennis-court, sauna, and pool (in the summer). In 1,5 km from the complex is the ski-towing route (300 metres long, overfall of the height 30 metres). Already in XVII-XVIII c.c. there was the health resort Lumshory, the traditions of which are kept till nowadays. In the medicinal - sanitary complex the feebly-sulphide baths, and bathing in a pool with the mineral water are done. For treatment, the bottling mineral water "Polyana Kvasova" is used. The tea is drawing on the mixture of the medicinal nature and plants, gathered at the high mountains. The naturalist walks, pedestrian routes, and marches to the waterfall Solovey and Partisan, to the Glade of the alpinists (rock-drome), to the Glade of the tales, to the village Lykytsary, to the memorial of the wooden architecture - to the St. Vasyl church (1743), to the Yasinsky glades, on the Lutianska Golytsa (1374 m) and Polonyna Rivna (1482 m) are carried out.

Journey: from Uzhgorod (bus station Uzhgorod-2) - by the regular bus ar taxi. According to an early agreement with the tourist center, guests are met by bus, minibus, or car. This kind of the transport drives the tourist to the place of the rest.
